A High Gain OTA with Positive Feedback for Ultra-Low Power Applications

This paper presents an ultra-low power operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) operating in the weak inversion region. To increase dc gain, this OTA includes two partial positive feedbacks input differential pair and active loads. In addition, we output resistance by increasing channel length L of transistors. analyze stability OTA, transfer function as well small-signal voltage are derived. The design simulation is performed using 0.18 μm CMOS technology. Compared to a normal features gain enhancement 36.08 dB, slew rate improvement 435.71%, unity-gain bandwidth 6.68 times. Finally, dissipates 41.42 nW.
